RED LIGHT THERAPY
The mitochondria are the cells in our body that power every other cell. Mitochondria will soak up the red light to create more energy. The more energy your cells have, the more they can recover, repair, and maintain health. This can lead to glowing, healthy skin and hair, less recovery time after workouts or illness, increased immune system, weight loss, improve circulation, and improve overall health!

You will be in a private room for your session, so you may wear undergarments, or clothes!
BEFORE
No prep is needed. But as a common rule, you should hydrate to really feel the benefits of the therapy.
DURING
Your sessions will build in time as you continue the treatments. We recommend starting at about 5-10 minutes for your first 6 sessions, then increasing time up to 15 minutes after that. You may do Red Light Therapy daily, but 2-3 times a week is optimal
AFTER
You should feel energized after your session. We recommend about 6 sessions for visible results. You may do this therapy before or after another therapy, your results will not be affected.
